Ranch Snack Mix
This is a very easy, easy recipe and makes a wonderful Christmas gift for that man or anyone for that matter. I love this and so does my family. I make lots of it at Christmas for my family to eat and I also make it for my daddy and put it in a Christmas container from Wal-Mart.
1 package (12 ounces) miniature pretzels
2 packages (6 ounces each) Bugles (I use a big 12 ounce bag)
1 can (10 ounces) salted cashews
1 package (6 ounces) bite-size cheddar cheese fish crackers
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
I have a huge metal bowl I mix this all up in but if you don't you can use two large bowls, combine the pretzels, bulges, cashews and crackers. Sprinkle with dressing mix; toss gently to combine. Drizzle with oil; toss until well coated. Store in airtight containers.
Here is all the ingredients before I added the ranch dressing mix and the oil.
Here is the finished product. I don't know that it looks any different than the previous picture but it has the ranch dressing mix and the oil. This is delicious. My favorite is the Bugles. You can put these in clear bags to give as gifts or big containers.
Enjoy!!
