I know I have not blogged in a while and I apologize but I have been very, very busy. I am working on VBS and plus I am participating in a Beth Moore Bible study on Wednesday nights and there is homework with it and I never get it all done but I do try to do some of it, so I have not had any time for blogging!!
This past weekend I went to see one of my brothers who will be deploying next Thursday. Please say a special prayer for him. He is 26 and will leave behind a wife and 5 kids. He wasn't sure if he would be able to come home before being deployed and so I just thank God for him getting to come in and me getting to visit with him before he leaves. I hope everyone has a great holiday weekend. I am so looking forward to it. The kids are participating in a Patriotic Program at church on Sunday night and then our Bible school starts Monday night, so it may be a while before I get to blog again. Hopefully I can get back soon.

Yes, you have been busy! Glad you got to spend time with your brother.
ReplyDeleteI always say blogging comes last in list of priorities, glad you had a chance to see your brother and spend some time with him before he deployed. Sounds like you are doing lots of great summer activities; enjoy them all!!

Dang Lori!! He is cute!
ReplyDeleteSeriously, so glad you got to spend time with him before he leaves. I'm thankful for those who sacrifice for our country. Happy 4th to y'all!
Beth Moore has a lot of homework. Her So Long Insecurity book is on my list of "to read."
I concur with Tara, quite the handsome soldier! Very happy you were able to spend time together. I am so grateful for his service. I know he makes many sacrifices to do so, and does the family. BTW.. you are looking very slender in that picture Lori.. look'n good girl!
